Refund and Returns Policy

We Sellsone, aim to provide a smooth and hassle free shopping experience. Please review the policy below for eligibility, timelines, and procedures regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Eligible reasons for return or Exchange

you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item different from what you ordered.
Defective Product: The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues.
Damaged on Arrival: The product was damaged during shipping.

Note: Handmade items may show slight variations in color, texture, or size. These are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products priced below ₹500


Return/Exchange Request Window

You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

Conditions for Return

Please ensure the following conditions are met for your return to be accepted:

The product is unused and in original condition.
All original packaging is intact (tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc.)
A video of the unboxing is mandatory
Shipping charges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer


Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated within 72 hours after the returned product clears our quality check at the warehouse.

Refund Methods

You can choose from the following refund options:

1. Store Credit

Fastest method
No expiry or usage restrictions

2. Prepaid Orders

Refunded to the original payment method

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT)

Beneficiary Name
Account Number
IFSC Code
Branch Name

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled or changed within 4 hours of placing the order.
Once packed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled
If delivery is refused, it will be treated as a return.
COD customers: Repeated cancellations or refusals may result in blocking future orders.

 

Damaged Product on Delivery?

If you receive a broken or damaged item:

1. Email us at arunsamran@gmail.com with clear images of the damage
2. Retain all original packaging, including protective material (foam, bubble wrap, etc.)
